Foraging Class and Walk

Are you interested in foraging for wild edible plants but not sure where to begin? Maybe you know a few plants but would like to know more? Come join me at Whitetail Hollow Farms in Havana for a foraging class and walk on Saturday, July 6th at 10 am EST. If this one fills, we will add another at 2:00. We will start with an indoors classroom and then walk a trail for some hands on identification and gathering. The class and walk will last around 2 hours total. The cost is $20 for ages 13 and above. The address is 1944 Jamieson Rd, Havana FL 32333. Please message me to be included as space is limited and prepayment is required. Bring drinking water and a notepad if you would like to take notes. Thank you all for your support with the Old Ways Environmental Education page and these classes. Although the page is new, I have been in environmental education and resource management for 20 years and have led over 3,000 programs with 50,000 participants on many different topics of natural and cultural resources. Hope to see you there!
